10 - 13 October, 2024

Performance date for Spanking Goddess: Sat Oct 12th, 8pm

Clare will be performing the Spanking Goddess and Other Discarded Tales and will also be delivering a 2 day course for Storytellers.

Spanking Goddess

Not for the faint-hearted. Definitely for grown-ups.

Exhuming the Celtic canon to bring the wild women who never made the cut, back into the light.
These are not your regular myths. Expect wicked tales of badass deities, feral fighters, unorthodox sex, hairy bodies, mastery, and goddess-on-goddess battles.

Adult Rating: This performance contains descriptions of sex, bodies, sexual threat, and death contextualised within a paradigm of mythic narrative, archetype and metaphor.

“Masterly storytelling!”
Culture Whisper

“A Sheer delight! For those thirsty for a different type of show this is a must see!”
